摘要
三嗪酮类化合物是一类具有潜在生物活性的杂环化合物。通过分子设计和合成先导化合物,然后优化结构已经成为新药开发的重要途径。本文合成了6种含三嗪酮环的新化合物,并探讨了合成氨基三嗪酮的反应机理,合成的化合物采用IR、1HNMR和MS进行了结构鉴定。
The molecule design, synthesis of the forerunner compound and strncture optimum has been an important method for development of nao drug. Triaginone is a kind of heteroeyclic compound with patent biological activity. Six nao triaginone derivatives were synthesized and characterized by IR, ^1H NMR and MS. The mechanism of synthesis of aminotriaginone was discussed.
