摘要
目的:总结中药香加皮抗肿瘤作用的研究进展。方法:通过查阅近几年的相关文献,将香加皮抗肿瘤有关的最新研究进展进行概括总结。结果:香加皮对食管癌、乳腺癌、肝癌等都有抑制作用,其提取物及单体成分具有较显著的抗肿瘤活性。结论:对香加皮抗肿瘤机制的进一步研究,有助于挖掘其抗肿瘤方面的潜力,拓展其临床应用。
Objective ：To explore the research progress of antitumor effects of Chinese medicinb Cortex Periplocae. Methods ：The latest research progress of antitumor effects of Cortex Periptocae were summarized and concluded, through consulting relevant literatures in recent years. Results：Periplocae Cortex had inhibitory action for esophageal cancer, breast carcinoma, hepatic carcinoma and other caneers, and both the extract and monomer component of which had obviously antitumor effects. Conclusion：The further research on antitumor mechanism of Periplocae Cortex can help to tap potentials for antitumor and enlarge clinical application.
