摘要
医德塑造是医者灵魂的塑造,人的品质塑造。通过讨论价值理性基础——塑信念的皈依之心、价值感知基础——塑医学的专业精神、价值情感基础——塑生命的仁心情怀,提出从内心深处开展"心灵手术",如正确认识信念;医学专业精神是医学与社会达成承诺的基础,敬业才能精业;培养仁爱之心,首重尊重生命;培养对生命的爱心等,夯实医德塑造之本。
The essence of medical morality cultivation is the soul and character cultivation of doctors. After discussing the value rationality basis--cultivating the faith, the value perception basis--cultivating the medical pro- fessionalism, the value feeling basis--cultivating the benevolence, the authors proposrd that a ＂ operation of our soul＂ should be carried out, such as correct understanding of faith; medical professionalism is medical and social commitment to the foundation, dedication makes perfectness; cultivate love, the high respect for life; develop the love for life and solidify the medical ethics.
