摘要
目的:观察景洪哥纳香醇提物体外抗肿瘤活性。方法:通过改良MTT法,考察不同浓度的洪哥纳香醇提物体外对人胃癌细胞MKN-28及人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721的细胞毒作用。结果:100μg/mL景洪哥纳香醇提物对MKN-28、SMMC-7721的细胞增殖抑制率可达95%以上。在一定的剂量范围内,洪哥纳香醇提物对MKN-28的增殖抑制能力具有一定的剂量依赖性,而对SMMC-7721则不明显。其IC50分别为31.02μg/mL、18.88μg/mL。结论:景洪哥纳香醇提物体外对MKN-28、SMMC-7721具有显著的抗肿瘤活性。
Objective: To observe the antitumor activity of Jinghong goniothalamus chinensis extract.Methods: An improved MTT method was used to observe the cytotoxic effect of Jinghong goniothalamus chinensis extract with different concentration on human gastric cancer cells MKN-28 in vitro and human hepatoma SMMC-7721 cells in vitro.Results: 100μg/mL of Jinghong goniothalamus chinensis extract inhibited more than 95% of cell proliferation of MKN-28 and SMMC-7721.In the definite dose range,Jinghong goniothalamus chinensis extract had a certain dose dependence on the proliferation ability of MKN-28,but no obvious effect on SMMC-7721.The IC50 were 31.02μg/mL and 18.88 μ g/mL respectively.Conclusion: Jinghong goniothalamus chinensis extract has a significant antitumor activity against MKN-28,SMMC-7721 in vitro.
