摘要
目的为了快速筛选高效无毒或低毒的抗癌中药。方法用全息生物学植物的抗癌指示性状方法对《山西中草药》记载的447种中药按植物的抗癌指示性状强(具有2项及2项以上抗癌指示性状)与弱(具有2项以下或无抗癌指示性状)进行筛查,然后对筛选出的具有2项及2项以上植物的抗癌指示性状的中药,再用《抗癌中药大全》等文献进行验证。结果共筛查出具有2项及2项以上植物的抗癌指示性状的中药55种,其中28种中药具有抗癌作用。结论用全息生物学植物的抗癌指示性状方法对中草药进行初步筛查,不失为一种筛选抗癌中药的既快又省的好方法。
Objective To screen rapidly anti-cancer TCM of effective non-toxic or low toxic.Method We screened 447 kinds of TCM recorded in "Shanxi TCM" by way of ECIWO biological plant anti-cancer marker trait,according to their strength.The medicine which is of anti-cancer marker trait 2 items or above is strong while that of anti-cancer marker trait below 2 items is weak.Then we verified those medicines with plant anti-cancer marker trait 2 items or above by documents such as "Anti-cancer TCM".Result There are 55 kinds of TCM with plant anti-cancer marker trait 2 items or above,of which 28 kinds have the anti-cancer effect.Conclusion ECIWO biological methods,which can be used to make the initial screening to the TCM,are convenient and economic way to screen anti-cancer TCM.
