羊水干细胞在心脏组织中的应用新现状

摘要 研究均提示,羊水干细胞(AFSC)具有高度增殖和多向分化潜能;获取容易、免疫原性弱、致瘤性低和合乎伦理等优势”。新近发现,羊水中存在多能干细胞,可以在体外被诱导向3个胚层分化,如分化为成肌细胞、成骨细胞、脂肪细胞、内皮细胞、肝脏细胞。羊水可通过产前诊断的羊膜腔穿刺技术获取,极少伤及母体及胎儿,无伦理学争议。
