摘要
蜡状芽孢杆菌在生物防治中的作用越来越多引起人们的关注。介绍了蜡状芽孢杆菌发酵和活性物质提取方法,分析了产活性物质种类和抑菌对象,描述了蜡状芽孢杆菌促生长、抑菌作用的研究进展及其在农业方面的应用,讨论了应用研究中存在的主要问题并进行了展望。
The application of Bacillus cereus in bio-control has drawn increasing attention from scientific researches.In this paper,the fermentation of its active compounds and active compound extraction method were introduced,produced by Bacillus cereus strains and their inhibitory target,described research progression of the antimicrobial and plant growth-promoting effects of Bacillus cereus,and their application to agricultural production,the problems existing in the research was discussed and the prospect was also brought forward.
