摘要
结合新颁布的国家食品中农药残留最大限量标准,分析了我国食用菌农残限量标准状况,讨论了新标准的实施对食用菌现行标准体系的影响,以加快食用菌标准制修订工作,完善食用菌安全标准体系,促进食用菌产业的健康发展。
Based on the newly issued national standard, maximum residue limits for pesticides in food, the situation about maxi- mum pesticide residues limits in edible fungi were analyzed. The effect of the implementation of the new standard on the standard system of edible fungi were discussed to speed up the edible fungi standard system revision, perfected the safety standard system of edible fungi and promoted the healthy development of edible fungi industry.
