摘要
从食品安全角度出发,介绍主要化学污染物造成蔬菜污染的国内外现状及其危害,并从污染物的存在特征及环境因子作用两方面分析对蔬菜化学污染问题长期存在的原因,最后提出解决蔬菜污染问题是一个长期的过程,需要各环节协同努力,并给出几点建议,供研究机构及相关政策部门参考。
Based on food safety concern, current situation of chemical polluted vegetables in China and abroad and their harm to human health were introduced in this paper. Reasons including characteristics of pollution and effect of environment factors, which leading to vegetable pollution exists chronically were analyzed. To solve this problem will be a long time process and need cooperation of many departments. In the end of this paper, some suggestions were made for the concern of research organizations and related policy-making departments.
