摘要
研究了促进剂2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚(DMP–30)用量对环氧树脂E–44(6101)/低分子–650–聚酰胺(PA)固化体系力学性能的影响,并采用非等温法研究了E–44/PA/DMP–30体系的固化反应动力学。结果表明,DMP–30的最佳用量为E–44质量的10%,此时E–44/PA/DMP–30固化体系的剪切和压缩强度分别为16.2和83.3 MPa;E–44/PA/DMP–30体系的表观活化能为55.28 kJ/mol,反应级数为0.899。少量促进剂的加入,降低了E–44/PA体系的反应温度,缩短了固化时间,提高了体系的力学性能。
Effects of 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol (DMP-30) content on mechanical properties of epoxy resin E-44 (6101) / low molecular-650- polyamide(PA) curing system were studied, and curing reaction kinetics of E-44 / PA / DMP-30 system was studied by non-isothermal method. The results show that when content of DMP-30 is 10% of E-4 mass, shear strength and compression strength of E-44/PA/DMP-30 curing system are highest and their values are 16.2 and 83.3 MPa respectively. Apparent activation energy of E-44/PA/DMP-30 system is 52.88 kJ/mol and reactionary order is 0.889. Therefore, as a small amount of DMP-30 is added into the system, it reduces the reaction temperature and shortens curing time, which is helpful to increase the mechanical properties of the system.
