摘要
目的:了解常州地区泌尿生殖道支原体对抗生素的耐药情况,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:使用珠海丽珠公司解脲脲原体和人型支原体分离鉴定、计数、药敏试剂盒进行检测。结果:600例求诊者中检出233例解脲脲原体(Uu)、25例解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)混合感染,总的感染率为43.0%。药敏结果显示,Uu对强力霉素、美满霉素、交沙霉素、克拉霉素、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素、氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星、司帕沙星的耐药率分别为:2.1%、3.0%,9.9%、5.2%,52.8%、33.0%,33.5%、15.5%,31.3%;Uu和Mh混合感染对上述药物的耐药率分别为:8.0%,4.0%、16.0%,100.0%、100.0%,100.0%、64.0%,44.0%,60.0%。结论:泌尿生殖道感染主要是解脲脲原体(Uu),其次为人型支原体(Mh)。解脲脲原体(Uu)对强力霉素的耐药率最低,解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)混合感染对美满霉素的耐药率最低,对克拉霉素、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素有严重的耐药性。
Objective: To study the resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) in Changzhou area and reasonable administration of the drug. Methods: Mucoplasmaics kit of Lizhu company was used to diagnose Uu and Mh (isolation, counting, susceptibility). Results: In 600 patients, 233 cases were Uu positive, 25 cases were mixed infection. The total infection ratio was 43.0%. The antimicrobial susceptibility of Uu to doxycycline, minocycline, josamycin, clarithromycin, roxithromycin, azithromycin, ofloxacin, levofloxacin, and spafloxacin was 2.1%, 3.0%, 9.9%, 5.2%, 52.8%, 33.0%, 33.5%, 15.5%, 31.3% respectively; and the antimicrobial susceptibility of Uu and Mh mixed infection was 8.0%, 4.0%, 16.0%, 100.0%, 100.0%, 100.0%, 64.0%, 44.0%, 60.0% respectively. Conclusion: In urinogenital mycoplasma infection, the positive rate of Uu is higher than that of Mh. Doxycycline shows the lowest susceptibility for Uu and minocy cline shows the lowest susceptibility for Uu+Mh. The highest susceptibility of clarithromycin, roxithromycin, azihromycin for Uu+ Mh.
