摘要
测量数据预处理是反求工程CAD建模的关键环节,它的结果将直接影响后期重建模型的质量.本文主要讨论截面测量数据的预处理问题,采用凸包的方法来确定所获得数据的边界.然后在获得的最小范围内进行数据预处理,包括坏点的去除、测量盲区数据的补齐、数据的均化和平滑等.
Pre-process of measurement data is the key link in reversing engineering CAD modeling. Results will directly affect the quality of reconstruction in the later model. The article mainly discusses the pre-process of section measurement data which uses convex-hull to determine the boundaries of data obtained. Then the data is preprocessed within the obtained minimum range, including the removal of bad points,measuring gaps filled of data, data averaging and smoothing, etc.
