摘要 目的:建立并应用HPLC法测定枣仁安神颗粒中斯皮诺素的含量。方法:采用Hpersil C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.03%磷酸水溶液(18∶82)为流动相,检测波长270 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果:所建立的RP-HPLC含量测定方法线性关系良好(r=0.9991),方法平均回收率99.3%,RSD=1.4%(n=9)。结论:该分析方法快速、准确,重现性好,可用于枣仁安神颗粒的质量控制。 Objective :To establish the determination method of the concent of spinosin in Zaoren Anshen Granule by HPLC. Methods:The column was Hpersil C 18 (5 μm ,4. 6 mm × 250 mm) , the detection wavelength was at 270 nm, the mobile phase was the mixture of aeetonitrile -0.03 % phosphoric acid ( 18: 82) , the flow rate was 1.0 mL .min-1. Results :A good linear correlation of spinosin was observed, r = 0.9991, the average recovery was 99.3% with RSD of 1.4% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion : The method can be used as the quality control method of this preparation,
