溶菌酶对酵母型真菌抗菌作用的实验观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨溶菌酶抗真菌作用。方法 :在涂布接种白色念珠菌、新生隐球菌的沙保琼脂平板滴加 50~ 2 0 0 0 μg的溶菌酶 ,于 37℃培养进行抑菌试验。在低倍显微镜下观察抑菌圈内实验菌的形态大小及细小菌落的形态特征 ,并涂片染色镜检 ,以加酶部位形成抑菌圈及抑菌圈内溶菌酶作用后的实验菌大小、形态结构及染色反应判定溶菌酶的抗真菌作用。结果 :二种菌实验平板加溶菌酶部位均形成直径 1.4~ 1.6cm的抑菌圈 ,加 50~ 10 0 0 μg溶菌酶的抑菌圈内有细小菌落。圈内呈单个分散存在的菌体形态大小无明显改变 ,细小菌落为颗粒型 ,菌落中部菌体明显膨大或裂解 ,涂片染色镜检见大量菌体膨大呈巨球形或多形性的革兰阴性或阳性细胞 ,或细胞裂解释放颗粒。结论 :溶菌酶对酵母型真菌有明显抗菌作用。 In order to explore antifungal activity of lysozyme.experiments were done on the Sabouraud agar flats which was respectively inoculated by Candida albicans and Cryptococcus neoformans then dropped 50μg-2000μg lysozyme under 37℃.After incubated for24-48h at 37℃ inhibit-germ circle were formed in the Scope of lysozyme And in the inhibitgerm cirde there were some small colony observed under microscope.The small colony appeared granular form and the funguls expanded or cracked in the middle of the colony.We found a lot of fungus as expanded balls.Variable morphology gram-negative and positive germs of cracked and releasered particles.The results showed that the lysozyme had obvious antimircrobial antivity to candida albicans and cryptococcus neoformans.The experiment provides new insights in the effect of lysozyme.
