摘要
目的 探讨结肠损伤的术式选择。方法 对手术治疗的 78例结肠损伤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 78例中单纯损伤 7例 ,合并伤 71例。一期手术治疗 63例 ,术后发生肠瘘 1例 ,治愈 62例 ,死亡 1例。二期手术治疗 1 5例 ,再次术后发生肠瘘 1例 ,治愈 1 3例 ,死亡 2例。结论 结肠损伤一期手术治疗是一种理想的可行的手术方式。严格掌握手术适应症 。
Objective To study the choice of operation for colon injury. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 78 patients with colon injury treated by surgery. Results Of the 78 patients, 7 patients had colon injury only, 71 had combined injuries. In 63 patients(80.7%) treated by one stage operation, postoperative intestinal fistula(IF) occurred in 1 patient; 62 patients were curred while 1 died. In 15 patients(19.3%) treated by two stage operation, postoperative IF occurred in 1 patient; 13 patients were curred but 2 died. Conclusions One stage operation is the choice for patients with colon injuries, if the indications is stricted and preioperative managments are good.
