摘要
目的探讨灌洗、浆肌层瓣套入式吻合（浆肌瓣式）和回盲部插管造瘘在左半结肠癌梗阻一期切除吻合术中的作用。方法对48例左半结肠癌梗阻患者行灌洗、浆肌层瓣套入式一期吻合和回盲部插管造瘘。结果术后发生切口感染4例，经换药治愈，未发生肠瘘。平均住院23（11-30）d。35例随访3月，2例间或腹痛，余未见并发症。结论联合应用灌洗、浆肌层瓣套入式吻合和回盲部插管造瘘对左半结肠癌梗阻行一期切除吻合是安全有效的。
Objective To investigate the effects of colon lavage, seromuscular flap surrounding anastomosis and tube typical enterostomy in the left half colon cancer obstruction with one stage excision. Method The outcomes of 48 cases underwent such kind of operation were analyzed retrospectively. Result No intestinal fistula occurred, 4 cases suffered incisional infection that were occurred by dressing changing. Conclusion Multiple-techniques of colon lavage, seromuscular flap surrounding anastomosis and tube typical enterostomy are safe and effective for the left half colon cancer obstruction.
