摘要
用27例(男13,女14)成人尸食指,进行组织切片。选掌指横纹处,掌指横纹与近侧指横纹的1/2处、近侧指横纹处、近侧与远侧指横纹的1/2处及远侧指横纹处的切片,定为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ断面。对指骨在各断面中的位置和形态进行了观测。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ断面上的指骨形态相似,多呈半月形,少数呈卵圆形。Ⅲ和Ⅴ断面上的指骨形态相近,呈滑车状。由于手持握功能的原因,指骨周围的软组织厚度呈现腹侧大于背侧,桡侧大于尺侧的特点,因而使指骨位于断面的背侧半并稍偏尺侧。
The indexes of 27 adult cadavers (13 males and 14 females)were sectioned at the metacarpophalangeal transverse stria,the middle between metacarpophalangeal transverse stria and proximal phalangeal transverse stria,the proximal phalangeal transverse stria,the middle be- tween proximal and distal phalangeal transverse stria and the distal phalangeal transverse stria. They were respectively termed sections Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ.The place and shape of the phalanx were observed on these sections.The phalangeal shapes were similar on sections Ⅰ,ⅡandⅣ,most of which were lunate,fewer were oval.The phalanx on sections Ⅲ and Ⅴ presented a trochoid shape.The surrounding soft tissue of the phalanx was thicker in ventral side than in dorsal,in ra- dial than in ulnar because of the griping function of the hand.Therefore,the place of the phalanx on the section was in the half of the dorsum and near the ulnar side.
