摘要
高校的行政效能监察存在着现实背离,因此,要从高校行政效能监察与教育教学、教育管理和教育改革的关系对其进行反思,注重通过加强廉政监察、群众监督、监察部门独立性和权威性以及进一步扩大效能监察的范围的途径来提高高校的行政效能,促进高校的改革与发展。
University administrative efficiency supervision exists reality deviation, so, reflection should be taken about the relationship of university administrative efficiency supervision, education teaching, education management and education reform. Attention must be paid to strengthen the anti corruption supervision, the masses supervision, the watchdog independence and authority, and further expand the scope of the efficiency supervision to improve the administrative efficiency, promote the reform and the development of colleges and universities.
