克癃胶囊对BPH肾虚血瘀证大鼠前列腺增生和性激素水平的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨克癃胶囊对肾虚血瘀证大鼠前列腺增生(BPH)的影响及其对性激素水平的调节作用。方法建立前列腺增生症肾虚血瘀证大鼠模型,观察空白组,模型组,保列治组,前癃通组,低、中、高剂量克癃组(以下简称克癃低组、克癃中组、克癃高组)大鼠前列腺和性激素水平的影响。结果 (1)保列治组、前癃通组、克癃高、中、低组大鼠前列腺湿质量、前列腺指数均显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。各组组织病理学变化有一定区别。(2)与模型组比较,前列治组、克癃低组血清T含量和E2含量无显著性差异(P>0.05);前隆通组、克癃中组、克癃高组血清T含量降低(P<0.05)、血清E2含量显著升高(P<0.01);与前隆通组比较,克癃中组、克癃高组血清T和E2含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(3)与模型组比较,保列治组血清FSH和LH的含量无显著性差异(P>0.05),前隆通组、克癃低、中、高组血清FSH和LH的含量降低(P<0.05);与前隆通组比较,克癃低、中、高组血清FSH和LH的含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论克癃胶囊可显著抑制大鼠前列腺增生,且呈剂量依赖性关系。克癃胶囊可能通过同时降低T、E2、FSH和LH的水平,调节大鼠的性激素平衡,从而起到抑制前列腺增生的作用。 Objective To study the effects of Kelong Capsule on prostatic hyperplasia and the sex hormone levels in the BPH rats with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Rat models with prostate hyperplasia and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were estab- fished and divided into blank control group, model group, the finateride group, Qianhmg- tong group, high, medium and low dose Kelong group. Rat prostate and the levels of sex hormones were observed before and after treatment. Results (1) Prostate wet weight and prostate index of rats in the finateride group, Qianlongtong group, high, medium and low dae Kelong group were signifi- cantly lower than those in model group(P〈0.05). The histopathological changes had certain differences among these groups. (2) Compared with model group, the content of serum T and E2 in fina- teride group and high dose Kelong group had no significant differences (P〉0.05); the content of serum T was reduced in high, niedium and Low dose kelong group (P〈0.05) while the content of serum E2 was increased (P〈0.01). Compared with Qianlielongbitong group, the content of serum T and E2 had no significant differences in medium and low dose kelong group (P〉0.05). (3) Com- pared with model group, the content of serum FSH and LH had no significant differences in fi- nateride group (P〉0.05); the content of serum FSH and LH was reduced in Qianlielong- bitong group, high, medium and low dose Kelong group (P〈0.05). Compared with Qianlielong- bitong group, the content of serum FSH and LH had no significant differences in high, medium and low dose Kelong group (P〉0.05). Conclusion Kelong Capsule can dose-dependently inhibit prostatic hyperplasia in rats. The mechanism may be through reducing the level of T, E2, FSH and LH simultaneously and regulating the balance of sex hormone of rats.
