摘要
目前金属饮料罐主要有铝质和马口铁两种，世界上通用的制罐生产线采用Cincinty标准处理方式，罐的表面处理方法有磷酸铬和非铬处理两种。本文介绍了国外二片式易拉罐的处理工艺及其机理，并分析了其未来发展趋势。
The beverage cans that adopted in the world are divided into Aluminum can and Sn-plating steel one. They are manufactured on the production line by Cincinty standard treatment. A series of chemical conversion coatings can be formed on the surface of cans by chromic phosphate or non-chromium method. This paper provides the treatment process of DI cans in detail, including the mechanism and its developmental trend in the future.
