摘要
通过对湖北省某医院住院医师规范化培训现状的分析,针对在培训过程中存在的培训生源不足、学员认识存在偏差、培训学员待遇过低,以及培训工作未与研究生学位衔接,其考核标准不统一等问题,提出应健全培训准入机制、加强对医学毕业生的宣传力度、加大政府投入、建立学位衔接机制与合理的考核标准等对策,从而提高住院医师规范化培训的质量与效果。
The article described the development and status of standardized training of residents, analyzed the lack of propaganda, low wages, uniform of the degree and assessment standards, and suggestions that we should strengthen the publicity of standardized training, increase government funding, establish a reasonable degree and assessment standards, in order to improve the quality and effect of standardized training.
