摘要
文章以民办学校教师作为研究对象,通过大范围的问卷调查和统计分析,筛选出影响民办学校教师主观幸福感的诸多因素并对其进行分析讨论,并就提升民办学校教师幸福感提出了建议和对策。本研究结果对于丰富主观幸福感研究内容,深化对主观幸福感认识,稳定民办学校教师队伍,有效提升教师幸福感有一定意义。
The researching objects of this paper are the teachers in private schools. Based on statistical analysis of investigating data in a wide range, filtering factors affecting the well-being of teachers in private schools and analyzing them, this paper puts forward suggestion and tactics on enhancing the well-being of teachers in private schools. The research results are very important for enriching the researching content of SWB, deepening the understanding of SWB, stabilizing the teachers' team, enhancing the well-being of teachers.
