摘要
目的:研究ECS高端模拟人在麻醉生理学实验教学中的应用效果。方法:选取麻醉学专业本科二年级学生为研究对象,随机分成两组,通过问卷调查和理论考核的方式进行医学模拟教学方法和传统教学方法教学效果的评价。结果:研究组大多数学生对ECS模拟教学模式和教学效果表示满意,研究组与对照组学生理论考核成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用ECS高端模拟人系统构建的新教学模式,在麻醉基础课教学中具有明显优势,可弥补传统实验教学的薄弱环节,为实验教学的改革提供新的发展思路。
Objective: To evaluate the application effect of ECS in experimental teaching of anesthesia-physiology. Methods: The students of anesthesiology in grade two were l,'andomly dMded into two groups; the effectiveness of two teaching methods were evaluated by questionnaire and the theory exam. Results: most of students in the trial group were satisfied with the ECS methods and the students in trial group had signif- icant higher scorns in theory exam (P〈 0.05). Conclusions: The new teaching methed, with ECS as the carrier, has predominance obviously in anesthesia basic course, whieh improves the weak part of traditioual teaching, and provides the developing thinking of revolution of experi- mental teaching.
