促红细胞生成素肝细胞A2受体及其配子ephrinA1与恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 促红细胞生成素肝细胞(EphA2)及其配体ephrinA1的表达、功能及其在肿瘤细胞中的信号转导与多种恶性肿瘤发生发展密切相关,EphA2和ephrinA1的表达受肿瘤细胞种类和微环境的影响,进而诱导肿瘤细胞及相关细胞信号转导,产生相应的生物学行为。EphA2、ephrinA1系统有望成为恶性肿瘤药物治疗的新靶点。 The expression, function and signal transduction of EphA2 and ephrinA1 are closely correlated with the oc- currence and development of a variety of malignancies. The expressions of EphA2 and ephrinA1 are affected by types of tumor cells and microenvironment, thus to induce the signal transduction of tumor cells and related cells to lead to corresponding biologi- cal behaviors. The system of EphA2 and ephrinA1 is expected to be a new target of drug treatment of malignancies.
