摘要
目的探讨非洲尼日尔地区非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术治疗的效果。方法对援非医疗队在尼日尔尼亚美国家医院诊治的57例非侵袭性鼻窦炎患者的鼻内镜治疗效果进行回顾性分析。57例患者中54例采用了鼻内镜下双径路手术治疗,3例经鼻内镜换药保守治疗。45例患者确诊为曲霉菌感染,术后定期行鼻内镜检查。结果 57例患者术后6个月时进行疗效评定,均治愈;随访1年无复发。结论鼻内镜治疗非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎创伤小,病灶清除彻底,鼻窦通气引流充分,恢复快。
Objective To determine the clinical characteristics of non - invasive aspergillosis of sinusitis, the nasal endoscopic surgery for effect. Methods The medical team to materialize the Niger NiaMey Country Hospital treatment in 57 non- invasive sinusitis patients for zheyuclinical data were analyzed. 54 patients in 57 cases by the treatment of the nasal endoscopic for double pathway surgery, 3 cases of nasal endoscopic change medicine conservative treatment; 45 patients sinuses content patho- logic examination are aspergillus infection, postoperative nasal endoscopic check regularly. Results 57 patients were cured 6 months after surgery, and no recurrence of a ease 1 year after surgery. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic treatment noninvasive mould sex sinusitis small trauma, Lesions clear thoroughly, sinus drainage full ventilation, faster recovery.
