摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板凝胶电泳法研究了低温、弱光下不同品种黄瓜幼苗叶片过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶的变化.结果表明,在同样胁迫条件下的POD同工酶电泳在不同品种间呈现的谱带是一致的,但酶谱带颜色的深浅有差异;同一品种的正常(对照组)与弱光处理组POD酶酶谱也基本一致;经低温+弱光的复合胁迫后,与对照组相比,POD同工酶酶谱带条数有所增加.结果提示:在低温、弱光两种胁迫因素中,低温+弱光的复合胁迫对黄瓜幼苗的影响最为显著.新夏丰一号对低温和弱光有良好的抗逆性.
In this paper, We used the method of electron microscope and polyacrylamidgel electrophoresis(PAGE) studies the varieties of peroxidase ( POD), in different species cucumber seedlings leaves under the condition of low temperature and poor light. The results show that under the same conditions POD isozymes' appearing bands are all the same in the different cucumber species but has some differene in the depths of the color of the enzyme bands. The peroxidase enzymes with the same species are basically the same compared in the normal light (group 1 ) with in the poor one ( group 2). By comprehensive treatment in low temperature and weak light, compared to the group 1, the number of the POD isozyme bands has increased a little. The results suggest that in the two stress factors of low temperature and weak light, low temperature plus poor light coming about the comprehensive stress has a great influnce on cucumber seedlings. XinXiaFeng - 1 has good resistance to low temperature and poor light.
