摘要 探地雷达发射、接收的脉冲宽度是纳秒级,要实现对纳秒级的脉冲进行采样,采样脉冲必须小于被采样脉冲,这就涉及到了亚纳秒级平衡采样脉冲的设计。选用阶跃二极管作为采样脉冲产生的核心器件,对分别产生的正负超宽带亚纳秒脉冲,利用ECL逻辑芯片输入电压与输出脉冲延时的关系来实现连续可调,利用钳位电路实现采样脉冲对的幅度一致,从而实现正负脉冲的平衡价值。 The transmitting and receiving pulse width of ground penetrating radar transmitter is at the order of nanosecond, to sample the nanosecond-order pulse, the width of the sampling pulse must be less than that of the sampled pulse, which relates to the design of subnanosecond sampling pulses. This paper chooses the snap-off diode as the core sampling device. For the generated positive and negative untra-wideband subnanosecond pulse, this paper uses the relationship between the input voltage and the output pulse delay ECL logic chip to realize the continuous adjustability, uses the clamp circuit to achieve the sampling pulse amplitude consistency, achieving the equilibrium value of the positive and negative pulses.
