摘要
外宣翻译是一种跨语言跨文化的交际行为,其目的是让译文受众准确无误地理解译文所传递的信息。要达到这一目的,译者应注重译文的交际效果和受众的接受程度,设法化解英汉这两种语言在文化传统、思维方式等方面的差异,在翻译中灵活地采用"加"与"减"的技巧,在译文中忠实再现原文的信息。
International publicity translation is an intercultural and interlingual communicative action,and its purpose is to convey accurate information to target readers.To achieve this purpose,the translator should attach great importance to the communicative effects of the translation and the acceptability of the target readers so as to overcome the differences in culture and thinking patterns between the two languages.Flexible application of translation skills of addition and deletion would be an effective way to put source text into target text.
