能值生态足迹对我国区域可持续发展状态比较研究 被引量:7

摘要 为评估华东、华中和西南地区2001—2010十年间可持续发展状况及变化趋势,采用能值分析理论生态足迹计算模型,对我国华东地区(以江苏省、浙江省为例)、华中地区(以湖南省、河南省为例)及西南地区(以贵州省、云南省为例)10年的生态足迹和生态承载力进行了比较计算,结果发现:三大地区都存在生态赤字且均呈逐年扩大趋势;从生态超载的严重程度看,华东地区最严重,其次是华中地区,最后是西南地区.生态可持续状况与区域经济发展程度、人口压力、产业结构等有重要关系;认为我国应在努力提高经济发展和技术水平的同时,合理分配及利用区域资源,积极调整能源消费结构,努力实现生态环境可持续发展. To assess the sustainable development and changing tendency from 2001 to 2010 in the East, Central and Southwest China. The ecological footprint and ecological capacity of East (Jiangsu and Zhe-jiang Provinces), Central (Hunan and Henan Provinces) and Southwest (Guizhou and yunan Provinces) China in the past decade have been analyzed by combining energy analysis with the Ecological Footprint Model. The results show that the ecological deficit of these areas exists and the index is increasing year by year. According to the classification of ecological overload, East China is the worst-hit area followed by Central and Southwest China. Finally, it has been observed that China should strive to improve economic development and technical level, rational allocation and use of regional resources, and actively adjust the energy consumption structure to realize the sustainable development of ecological environment.
