插装阀式事故配压阀在天生桥水电厂的应用

摘要 针对天生桥一级水电厂原有滑阀式事故配压阀存在滑塞卡阻、失灵的问题,技改采用动作灵敏、可靠性高的插装阀式事故配压阀。对插装阀式事故配压阀的工作原理、特点进行分析介绍,并总结了在天生桥一级水电厂实际运用效果及运行经验,为今后大型水电站事故配压阀的改造提供借鉴。 At Tian Sheng Qiao-I Hydro-power Plant, the original sliding type accident pressure distributing valves had the problems of getting stuck or being out of work, so they are replaced by differential valve type accident pres- sure distributing valve with more sensitive action and higher reliability. Analysis and introduction was made on the working principle and characteristics of differential valve type accident pressure distributing valve. The authors also summarize the operation effect and experience, aiming to provide reference for upgrade of accident pressure distrib- uting valve at large-scale hydropower plant.
