摘要
针对混合动力汽车在运行过程中,动力电池、IPU和DC/DC变换器产生的大量热量,设计一种电源热管理系统,并利用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对动力电池组、IPU和DC/DC变换器的流场和温度场进行数值模拟仿真分析;同时,选取一款匹配的离心风机,可充分冷却电池组、IPU和DC/DC变换器,从而满足混合动力汽车对电源热管理系统的散热要求。
With regard to a great deal of heat generated by battery, IPU and DC/DC converter, a scheme of heat management system is proposed with the help of the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. And the flow field and temperature field of the battery modules, IPU and DC/DC converter are simulated. Also, a centrifugal fan is matched, which can cool the battery modules, IPU and DC/DC converter. The results satisfy the application require- ments for heat dissipation system of power supply.
