摘要
铅酸蓄电池是电动汽车常用的供能装置之一.适合的工作温度范围是蓄电池获得最佳性能和延长使用寿命的重要因素.为了设计蓄电池热管理系统需要,建立了蓄电池生热和散热综合导致的温度变化的计算模型,设定了蓄电池一定的工作环境,以电动汽车城市驾驶循环为负载,计算并分析了不同初始条件下蓄电池的温度变化过程.结果显示,在没有加热或散热的情况下,蓄电池工作温度难以保持在合适的工作温度范围,必须为蓄电池的正常使用设计相应的热管理系统.
Lead-acid battery is one of the common energy applying devices of electric vehicle(EV).Suitable working temperature range is an important factor for obtaining optimum performance and prolonging life of batteries.To the need of battery thermal management system,the calculation model of battery temperature variation was proposed resulting from its heat generation and dissipation.Given working environments,and loaded with urban driving cycle for EV,battery temperature varying processes were calculated and analyzed under different initial conditions.The results showed that battery temperature might not always keep in the suitable working range without heating or cooling,and corresponding thermal management system was necessary for batteries to be normally used.
