摘要
介绍了慧鱼创意组合模型构成及应用,分析了慧鱼模型的两种控制方式———PLC控制和电脑控制。在慧鱼模型编程控制软件中,着重介绍了LLWin编程软件。结合生产实践用慧鱼模型搭建了自动物流分拣输送线,确定了系统的工艺流程和结构组成,对控制系统的硬件和软件进行了设计。模型运行结果符合设计要求。实践表明:应用LLWin编程软件对慧鱼创意组合模型编制控制程序方便快捷,极大地缩短了程序的编制和调试周期,有利于设计人员各种设计意图的快速实现和对设计方案的优化。慧鱼创意组合模型不仅可以应用于实验教学方面,在工程应用上也发挥着重要作用。
The compositions and application of fishertechnik were introduced. The PLC-control and PC-control of fisherleehnik were ana adoption of fisherlechn lyzed. The programming software LLWin of fishertechnik was especially introduced. With tile ik, the model of auto logistics sorting conveyor line is buih based on produelion practice. The working processes and structutures of the system were determined, and the hardware an(t software of the control system were designed. Practiee shows thai the results of model meet the design requirements, and that it is very convenient and efficient to use the programming software LLWin to control the fisherteehnik and to dehug the process. That also can help designers to achieve a variety of design intent rapidly and optimize the designs. The fisherteehnik can not only be applied to experimental leaching, but also play an important role in engineering applications
