摘要
目的探讨血液流变学和血小板总数在鼻咽癌中的变化规律,评价其临床意义。方法测定各期鼻咽癌患者血液流变学11项指标。结果各期鼻咽癌患者全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、血沉均高于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),红细胞变形指数低于正常对照组(P<0.01),血小板总数较正常对照组明显增多(P<0.01),Ⅲ期～Ⅳ期红细胞压积显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01);Ⅲ期～Ⅳ期全血低切粘度、血浆粘度和血沉高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P<0.05,P<0.01),血小板总数多于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者血液呈高凝高粘状态,并且此状态在晚期更为明显。
Objective To investigate the rule and clinical significance of the changes of hemorheology and the Number of Platelets in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 11 hemorheological parameters in patients were examined. Results The levels of whole blood low-shear viscosity, whole blood high-shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the patients in different stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were all obviously higher than those in normal control group （P〈0.01 and P〈0.05）. The value of erythrocyte deformation index in different stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was lower than that in normal control group （P〈0.01）. The number of platelets in different stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was more than that in normal control group （P〈0.01）. The level of hematocrit in stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in normal control group（P〈0.01）;And the level of whole blood low-shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in stage 1II or IV were higher than those in stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. The number of platelets in stage Ⅲor Ⅳ was more than those in stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The state of hyperviscosity and hypercoagulability of blood is one of the important characteristics in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and especially heavier in advanced stage.
