摘要
临床中原发性肝癌患者常常同时表现出瘀热互结的征象,该文以周仲瑛的"瘀热论"为理论指导,主要阐述肝癌瘀热证的概念、病机、辨证要点、主要临床特点,以凉血化瘀为治则,常用的中药以及方剂在治疗这类证型肝癌中的地位以及作用,并深挖掘其现代药理作用。
The patients with hepatic primary cancer often present symptoms which indicate the syndrome of intertwined blood stasis and heat.Guided under the theory of blood stasis and heat created by Professor ZHOU Zhongying, this article states the definition, pathogenesis, syndrome differention as well as common clinical manifestations of HPC of intertwined blood stasis and heat.This type of HPC is treated under the principle of cooling as well as activating blood, by using herbs and decoctions of that function.The role value and modern investigations of these herbs and decoctions will also be discussed in the article.
