摘要
为了考察农民创业培训对农民创业选择行为及创业绩效的影响,以全国农民创业培训重点县江西省兴国县为研究样本,通过实证分析得出如下结论:创业培训对创业选择具有正向的因果关系,并且通过1%的显著性检验;农民创业培训效果与创业绩效存在正向关系,农民创业选择在创业培训和创业绩效中具有中介作用。
In order to investigate the relationship among farmer-entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship choice behavior and entrepreneurship performance, the National Farmers entrepreneurship training key counties Xingguo of Jiangxi province as research samples, through empirical analysis the conclusions are as follows： the entrepreneurship training to entrepreneurship choice behavior to have positive causal relationship, and through the 1% of the test of significance; Farmers entrepreneurial training effect and entrepreneurship performance has positive relationship; entrepreneurial training and entrepreneurship performance moderating effect of entrepreneurship choice.
