摘要
失地农民是我国经济社会和城市化进程快速发展造就的特殊群体,由于创业是摆脱失地生存困境的有效手段之一,因而近些年,越来越多的地方政府重视失地农民的创业培训工作。失地农民的创业培训如何开展、效果如何、怎样才能不断完善此类培训以提高培训效益,试以甘肃X镇开展的失地农民创业培训为例,希望通过对此案例的分析为其他地区的失地农民创业培训提供借鉴。
Land-lost farmers are a special group created by the rapid development of China’s economic society and urbanization process.As entrepreneurship is one of the effective means to get rid of the land-lost farmers’survival dilemma,in recent years,more and more local governments attach importance to the training of land-lost farmers’entrepreneurship.How to carry out,what is the effect,and how to continuously improve the training for land-lost farmers to improve the training benefits?Take the training for land-lost farmers in X town,gansu province as an example,hoping to provide reference for the training for land-lost farmers in other regions through the analysis of this case.
