Heterocyprissalina是一类小型甲壳动物，其寿命一般为45d，从孵化长至成体需22（±2）d，在生长过程中外壳无变化，但是附肢有明显变化。同时有蜕壳现象，一般要经过8次蜕壳。产卵数为38（±3）个，孵化率为87％左右。日．salina为广盐广温动物，其温度耐受范围为8～44℃，生活温度范围为16～38℃；盐度耐受范围为0％一33‰，生活盐度范围为o％一19％o。
Heterocypris salina is a kind of mieroerustacean. H. salina can live for 45 days or so. Development time from hatching to adult is 22 （±2） days. In this process, appendages have a great change, but there is no change in carapace. At the same time, it also need to molt for 8 times. It can produce 38 （±3） eggs with the hatchability of 87% or so. H. salina is eurythermal and euryhaline. The tolerance temperatures are 8-44℃, while it usually lives in the area at 16-38℃. The tolerance salinity is ranging from 0%0-33%0, while the proper salinity for its living is 0%0-19%0.
