摘要
作者于2005年7—8月在青海湖地区进行考察期间,对青海湖、尕海、耳海以及周边河流、沼泽等不同水体和沉积物进行了系统采样,分析了水底表层41个1—2cm沉积物样品中的介形类动物群组成及对应的水化学组成。初步分析得出青海湖大湖区介形类以Limnocythereinopinata和Eucyprismareotica为主,依盐度的不同二者的优势度有所区别;尕海盐度较高,以Eucyprismareotica为主,耳海盐度较低,分布Limnocythereinopinata和较多偏淡水种如Ilyocyprisechinata,Ilyocyprisbradyi和Candonanyensis;沼泽坑和河流情况较为复杂。
A total of 41 samples of surface sediment to a depth of 1 2 cm were collected from different types of water bodies of the Qinghai Lake area (including rivers, bogs, Gahai, Erhai and Qinghai Lake), northwestern China in July and August, 2005. Ostracod assemblages and hydrochemical variables were analyzed. The ostracod fauna of the Qinghai Lake mainly consisted of Lirnnocythere inopinata and Eucypris rnareotica, and the distribution depended on water body type with different salinity. Eucypris rnareotica mainly distributed in Gahai with higher salinity, while Lirnnoc ythere ino pinata , I l yoc y pris echinata , I l yoc ypris brad yi and Candona n yensis were found in Erhai with lower salinity. The condition was much more complex in river and bogs.
