摘要
对优秀教师胜任力模型的研究中,筛选绩优组教师的标准侧重于短期的课堂教学效果,这种刚性化、短期化的绩优标准没有充分考虑教育效果的长期性和迟滞性,忽视了教师对学生的人格和发展产生深远影响的能力。研究者应当将教师对学生成长和发展产生长期影响的能力纳入胜任力建模中,与此相应,在研究过程中筛选"绩优"教师的标准也应能体现对这种长期影响力的评价,采用多视角、多方法选取"绩优教师"样本。
In the studies of the competency model of excellent teachers in China, the titlad=outstanding is usually re- gardad as the selecting criteria of excellent teschers, and the basis of assessing outstanding teachers is mainly on teaching effects (academic achievement of students) and teachers' prizes in teaching competitions.Thus researchers generally focuses on the short-term effects of classroom teaching. Based on a comprehensive comparison of the standards of excellent teachers at home and abroad, educational researchers should take the long-term criterion, such as teachers' impact on students' growth and development, into account, selecting "excellent teacher" sample via multiple perspectives and diverse ways.
