摘要
论述了一种判断烧结矿FeO质量分数的技术——在单辊破碎仓内安装温度计、从机尾卸下的烧结矿撞在迎料板上,在单辊破碎前,已经被撞碎,撞碎后的烧结矿的废气温度高低能够很好地反映整块台车烧结矿温度的高低,也就是整块台车烧结矿的热含量;在机尾安装料层测厚仪,计算推矿量(m3/min)。生产中,混合料固定碳计算与单辊破碎仓温度相结合,能对烧结矿FeO进行较为准确的区间控制。
This paper describes a kind of judgment technology of sinter FeO. A thermometer was mounted in a single roll crusher chamber. The unload sinter from the tail of sinter machine collides at the receiving plate and fractures before single roll, the crushed sinter exhaust gas temperature can reflect the sinter temperature and sintering ore heat content on whole trolley. The material layer thickness meter was installed at the tail, with which pushing ore volume (ma/min) can be calculated. In the production, calculating the material fixed carbon combined with single roll crusher chamber temperature, the sinter FeO can be accurately controled in a limit.
