摘要
通过单因素试验,找出影响烧结矿FeO含量的因素为:混合料固定碳、烧结矿SiO2、烧结矿碱度、烧结矿TiO2、返矿配比、烧结料层厚度、混合料水分;其中混合料固定碳是显著影响因素,表现为强相关性。采用混合料固定碳计算公式,利用Excel电子表格建立生产应用现场模型,确定了烧结矿FeO与混合料的固定碳控制中心值,依据烧结物料结构与烧结矿成分变化,进行及时适当微调混合料的固定碳控制值,实现烧结矿FeO的稳定控制。攀钢钒炼铁厂从2006年起推广采用控制混合料固定碳含量来控制烧结矿FeO含量的方法后,烧结矿FeO稳定率比推广前提高了5.61%;同时,烧结矿固体燃耗、转鼓指数、烧结机利用系数等指标也得到了改善。
The factors which affect the FeO content of sinter ore were identified by single-factor test method.The affecting factors include:fixed carbon of mixture,SiO2 content,basicity,TiO2 content,ratio of return fines from sintering,thickness of sinter layer and moisture of mixture.Wherein,the fixed carbon of mixture had significantly impact and showed the strong correlation.The practical production model was built according to the calculation formula of solid carbon of mixture by Excel table.Both mid-value of FeO content of sinter and the solid-carbon of mixture were ensured.The FeO content of sinter controlled stably was realized by adjusting the solid-carbon of mixture appropriately,gradually and timely with the change of raw material structure and the content of sinter.The method of controlling the FeO content of sinter by adjusting the solid-carbon content of mixture has adopted since 2006 by Panzhihua Steel Vanadium Ironmaking Plant.Since then,the stable ratio of FeO content of sinter has increased 5.61%.At the mean while,the carbon consumption,index of tumbler,utilization ratio of sintering machine and other indexes have been also improved.
