摘要
采用薄层扫描法,建立贵州不同产地何首乌薄层色谱指纹图谱。先以三氯甲烷-甲醇(7∶3,V/V)为展开剂,展开约3.5 cm,再以三氯甲烷-甲醇(20∶1,V/V)为展开剂,展至约7 cm,筛选和优化薄层色谱条件。结果表明:薄层色谱指纹图谱斑点清晰,分离度好,可快速有效地鉴别何首乌,并评价其质量。
To establish TLC fingerprint of Radix polygoni Multiflori from different areas in Guizhou Province, quantitative analysis was carried out using TLC scanning method. At first, Chloroform-methanol (7: 3, v/v) was used for developing agent (ca. 3.5 cm in development) , followed by the development (ca. 7 cm) with chloroform-methanol (20: 1, v/v). The TLC conditions were optimized. The results showed that the fingerprints gave clear spots as well as the better separation, used to identify Radix polygoni Multiflori and to evaluate its quality.
