摘要
目的 对电工作业人员的适性指标进行研究并制定参考值范围。方法 采用横断面研究对合肥、淮南、安庆 3个城市的 6 0 0名安全电工作业人员进行职业适性测试分析。结果 电工作业人员在眼手协调性操作时间、反应速度、操纵机能误操作次数 3个指标上有明显的男女差异。在不同年龄组之间 ,6个检测指标有明显的差异 ,其上升或下降的年龄在 40岁以上年龄组。结论 手腕灵活性时间 40岁以前≤ 5 5 s,40岁以后≤ 6 0 s;复杂反应时 40岁以前≤ 12 40 ms,40岁以后≤186 0 m s,误反应次数 40岁以前≤ 6 ,40岁以后≤ 8;操纵机能失误数 40岁以前男≤ 15 5 ,女≤ 12 5 ,40岁以后男≤ 16 0 ,女≤ 12 5 ;指尖灵敏度时间 40岁以前≤ 310 s,40岁以后≤ 410 s;反应速度时间40岁以前男≤ 2 5 0 s,女≤ 2 80 s,40岁以后男≤ 36 0 s,女≤ 2 2 5 s;眼手协调时间 40岁以前男≤ 2 30s,误反应数≤ 9,女≤ 2 80 s,误反应数≤ 10 ;40岁以后男≤ 345 s,女≤ 380 s,误反应数均≤ 13。
Objective To study the mental indices and to make the range of normal value for electrician's occupational aptitude. Methods A cross sectional survey was made to study the 600 electricians without accident record, which were selected from 3 cites. Results A significant difference was found in three indices, including eyes hands coordination time, reaction velocity and number of action judgment error between males and females. 6 indices were different among different age groups and these indices increased or decreased with the age, especially occurring in the age group of over 40 (a). Conclusions Manual dexterity time ≤55 s under 40 (a) or≤60 s over 40 (a); discriminative reaction time≤1 240 ms under 40(a), or ≤1 860 ms over 40(a), number of reaction error≤6 under 40 (a) or ≤8 over 40 (a); number of action judgment error: male≤155, female≤125 under 40 (a) or male≤160, female≤125 over 40 (a); fingertip dexterity time≤310 s under 40 (a) or≤410 s over 40 (a); reaction time: male≤250 s, female≤280 s under 40 (a) or male≤360 s, female≤225 s over 40 (a); eyes hands coordination time: male≤230 s, female≤280 s, number of reaction error:male≤9, female≤10 under 40 (a) or male≤345 s, female≤380; male or female≤13 over 40 (a).
