摘要
通过对少儿运动员神经类型、方位知觉、技能迁移、视动协调能力和简单反应速度 5项心理指标与跳水专项身体素质关系的研究 ,表明各种专项身体素质与相应心理素质均呈对应关系。因此 ,少儿运动员选材应在测量运动生理机能的同时 ,测量相应的心理素质 。
Result of research on the relationship between the five psychological indexes of child dives nerve classification,position perception,skill migration,seeing and acting harmony ability,and simple reaction speed and diving sport fitness shows that various kinds of sport fitness and the corresponding.Psychological qualities are humologous.Therefore in the selection of child divers,the corresponding psychological qualities should be tested as the sports physiological function is,so as to provide a scientific basis for predicting the potential of sport fitness.
