摘要
通过对目前地方高校学报运行模式现状分析,从创新编辑理念、增强服务意识以及数字出版3个层面上,结合笔者的工作实践,探讨在文化体制改革形势下,地方高校学报如何创新办刊模式,以适应当前学报改革发展的现实需要。
Current operation mode in local university journals is analyzed. Three levels from new idea about editorial ideology and service awareness to digital publishing are brought forth in the paper, innovation and creation about operation mode of local university journals are discussed in the cultural system reformation in combination with authorg edition experiences, which will meet the demand of future university journals reformation.
