摘要
特色是期刊的生命,高校学报所具备的学科特色,是区别于其它期刊的关键所在。在激烈的期刊市场竞争中,高校学报如何定准自己的位置,树立自己的个性形象,办出特色,显得尤为重要。本文认为影响高校学报办刊特色化的制约因素主要是学报的内向性、综合性和编辑队伍不稳定导致的编辑素质参差不齐。提出高校学报特色化办刊的对策:一是改革办刊模式,突出学科优势,增强特色;二是显示地域特色,办好特色专栏,凸显特色;三是稳定编辑队伍,提高编辑素质,发展特色。
Individualization is the soul of a journal, and college journals are distinctive in that they have their disciplinary features. In the fierce market competition, it is especially important for college journals to find their own orientations and to establish themselves as distinctive. The author thinks that the factors that curb the individualization of college journals include the conservatism and comprehensiveness of the journals, and the diversity of editorship quality resulted from instability of the editorial staff. Therefore, the paper puts forward the following strategies ： （ 1 ） reforming the mode of the journal so as to give play to its disciplinary advantages and to highlight its individual features; （2） emphasizing its regional characteristics by offering distinctive columns, and （3） stabilizing its editorial staff so that the quality of the latter can be secured and improved.
