摘要
现代国家研究生教育的目标是为国家和民族培养大批适应国际竞争和国家满足政治、经济、文化和社会发展需要的、具有创新精神和创新能力的高素质、高层次人才。教学活动是培养高素质、高层次人才的基础环节、基本途径、基本手段和基本方法。专题教学集启发、探讨、答疑、归纳、综合、研究于一体,涵盖概念、方法、原理和结论,是培养研究生具有坚实理论基础、系统专业知识、探究和科研能力的重要环节和基本途径,也是对研究生研究能力基本的、必要的基础训练。
The postgraduate education in modern countries aims to cultivate high quality and high level talents who have the innovative spirits and capabilities and can accommodate the fierce international competition as well as to satisfy the political,economical,cultural and social needs.The teaching activity is the basic link,ways,means and method for achieving this purpose.As an integration of enlightenment,discussion,question salvation,conclusion,synthesis and research,the topic teaching,covering concepts,methods,principles and conclusions,is an important link and means for postgraduates to cultivate solid theory foundation,systematic professional knowledge and scientific research ability and a necessary basic training for postgraduates’ research ability.
