摘要
对于我国企业在国际化运营中的知识产权风险,从政治、法律、经济、市场、技术、文化与运营管理7个方面进行了全面系统分析,并在此基础上引入金融学中的证券投资风险分析方法,构建了企业国际化运营中知识产权风险的数理模型,进行了量化研究。
Chinese enterprises are faced with risks of intellectual property rights during their international operation. These risks were comprehensively analyzed from political, lawful, economic, marketable, technological, cultural and operating and managing aspects. Based on this analysis, the mathematical model concerning the risks of intellectual property rights during international operations of enterprises was built up while a financial method about analyzing risks of security investment was introduced. The model was then quantificationally researched.
