摘要
随着全球经济一体化深入推进,企业"走出去"将是大势所趋。在此背景下,企业会在不同层面上面临知识产权风险,结合当前知识产权海外维权援助机制,分析其存在的问题,并提出相关建议对策。
With further progress in integration of the global economy, enterprises ＂going out＂ is a trend. This paper analyzes different levels of intellectual property risk of Chinese enterprises, discusses intellectual property rights aid mechanism and makes recommendations countermeasures.
